Worst service experience of my life for any vehicle at any service shop. over 15 hundred dollars paid and the 2 issues with my 2011 Element were never resolved, not even partially. PLUS, a switch on my do any service shop. over 15 hundred dollars paid and the 2 issues with my 2011 Element were never resolved, not even partially. PLUS, a switch on my door had a piece pried off and lost so now it is missing the printed cap - no compensation for this damage either. Schedule confusion; poor communicated between employees. An example was that the automated text message notified me of the correct date for service, while a dealership employee called me claiming my appointment was for the day before. This occurred on two different occurrences. How are things so uncoordinated within one system at one company? My advice to anyone is this; NEVER use a dealership for any service other than recalls. Their techs are greenhorn graduates who will only follow manual protocols of shot-gunning parts that run up a huge bill until something is fixed or they tap out. No critical troubleshooting occurs and frankly, their profit model is 'whatever brings in fast cash and potential future sales opportunity' - and the customer's experience can just GET WRECKED! More

Jacob, his sales manager, and the finance employee were the best of any customer service that I have ever received. I came in having experienced horrible treatment at another dealership and not only did th the best of any customer service that I have ever received. I came in having experienced horrible treatment at another dealership and not only did they help me get out of a bad deal they helped me come back to the Honda family. I will never buy another car that isn’t a Honda and these three individuals are to thank for that. More

A shout out to service manager, Brett and service tech Randy. I took my 2011 Honda Accord in because of a water leak when the car was in the rain. It was not an easy bug to find, but they were very persistent in finding it. Randy said it was very rare to have a leak where it was. Thank you Randy for finding and fixing the problem. They came all the way to Fremont to pick me up. They checked the car thru their strict inspection process. They even filled up the tank for me. Top noch service and respectful salesmen.
