We were actually working with Dick Hannah Kia for our next purchase when Christian reached out to us and said he had the trim level of vehicle we were looking for but not the right color and he offered u next purchase when Christian reached out to us and said he had the trim level of vehicle we were looking for but not the right color and he offered us to come check it out and test drive it he also informed me that the color and trim that I wanted was coming in the near future and gave me the option to reserve it which Dick Hannah never offered me. When I got to your dealership Christian was with another client and he offered Jacob to come work with us which made us feel very important instead of turning us away again we were only going there to look at the trim model we had no intention on signing a contract and with the help from Jacob we ended up signing. thumbs up to both your salesman definitely would recommend your dealership and those two guys to anyone I know looking for a Kia.
