Just couldn't close the sale Though we appreciate the many admirable features of the Volvo automobile line, my fiancee and I simply felt that the Volvo was not a right fit for our Though we appreciate the many admirable features of the Volvo automobile line, my fiancee and I simply felt that the Volvo was not a right fit for our budget and we chose a car from another dealership that we both felt was a better fit for her (my fiancee). I had encouraged her to shop around (though she was at first set on a Volvo) because I did not get a good feel for the sales persons involved. I felt as if they were being overly nice just to close the sale, and not to ensure that my fiancee left the lot with a car that she had wanted. In good faith we informed the sales person that we have acquired another vehicle instead. In response, this sales person made racially charged comments (in English and Spanish) to her; I was present while this was happening. All the nicety we experienced at the dealership when we were trying to acquire a Volvo had turned into insults and degradation - without waiver. I was a bit taken aback by that and unbeknownst to my fiancee, decided to share a review of that experience.I cannot rate the entire dealership based on the shortcomings of this sales person but I would not recommend this dealership to my colleagues lest they get the same experience. I will encourage her to submit a review also. More

"No games" dealership I dread car shopping because you have to spend all day at the dealership. I typically extend my leases to avoid this. However, my experience at Weston I dread car shopping because you have to spend all day at the dealership. I typically extend my leases to avoid this. However, my experience at Weston Volvo was a first. The cars are conveniently located in a parking garage. There is no need to roam a parking lot in the hot son. Our sales person, Gregorio, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When it came time for the numbers, unlike other dealers, the negotiation lasted about 10 minutes and we were at our number. The financing approval was fast and easy, and so was the signing (Thanks JC!). What took the longest was learning all the tech features the car had. They even returned my old lease for me. My husband and I highly recommend Weston Volvo. Ask for Gregorio - you will not be disappointed! More
