By that point they had already sold my vehicle to another buyer while continuing to withhold my payment. I eventually received my check without them ever having received the title — directly contradicting the reason given for the delay. When I raised these concerns publicly, the dealership's responses did not address a single fact. Instead they commented on me personally, which I found unprofessible and telling. If you are selling your vehicle here, get the final offer, payment date, and every condition for releasing your check in writing before handing over your keys.
