I want to acknowledge Reggie for his grace under pressure when I came in on a recent busy Monday morning. His shop was operating with a shortage of staff that day, and Mondays tend to be very busy. Since my rear view mirror came off, I had hoped that someone could look at it, so just drove into the shop. Reggie explained that it could be a while, but he would have it looked at. He also was able to arrange a ride home for me. Joseph VW was able to address my rear view mirror issue that day. I was very grateful for the technical service and customer service. Reggie has always provided excellent service in explaining what the car needed, explaining costs, and checking in with us while my car was in the shop. I appreciate Reggie and Joseph VW! More
