In mid-August, I made an appointment to have a tire checked; we thought the tire had a slow leak. As it turned out, three of my tires had issues! In July, I had an appointment for a ticking noise under the hood on the passenger side. Greg of the service dept took us outside to listen to the engine. VW was able to replace the recirculation flap motor, and we picked up the car the next day, such a relief because I had a 100 mile drive the next day. I depend on the Joseph VW Service Dept, and they ALWAYS come through! All staff I deal with Joseph VW are very friendly and very helpful. More
