Mike and I were able to finalize the car I needed over the phone/email as it was being custom ordered a month ago. I didn't have to go to the dealership at all. I picked it up yesterday and it met all the specifications as discussed. Unlike other dealerships Helms Bros is a no pressure environment and they don't force you to add services/products if you don't want to. The manager Greg did diligently go over it to ensure I was aware of the benefits. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and it was my first visit during this entire experience buying the car. I even turned in my existing leased MB to them and they took care of everything very smoothly while I waited for my new vehicle. 10 out of 10 to this dealership and their staff for excellent service. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More
