" A great car buying experience" I have finally met a car salesman who is interested in building a relationship rather than just making a sale. That individual is no other than Mr. Ma I have finally met a car salesman who is interested in building a relationship rather than just making a sale. That individual is no other than Mr. Marlon Matamoras. From our initial meeting back in May, Marlon has been focused on being up front, fair and accommodating in our negotiations. His commitment to following up and the occasional reminders on deals and specials, further reinforced my trust and comfort while allowing me to feel confident that Helms Brothers was the right dealership for me. Yes, Mercedes Benz makes great cars, but it is people like Marlon who bring those intangible value added perks to that amazing driving experience. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the 2 Gs (Greg Weiss and Greg Cadwallader), they further exemplified the professionalism and integrity I experienced. It was soooo great~!! Helms Bros's all Staff are very professional, Kind and efficient. I tell them what I want and they get it for me. They are very quick with processing paperwork and are very open and blunt with the process so that nothing is hidden or kept from you. Very great service. I want to say specially to finance manager Greg Cadwallader and Sales man Maurice Martin!! I will make better credit and then I wish I will get second benz for my husband!! What an excellent experience....HASSLE FREE...SMOOTH...QUICK I usually don't write reviews for anything but dealing with Michael Altamura and his management team yesterday was an awesome experience. I had to wri I usually don't write reviews for anything but dealing with Michael Altamura and his management team yesterday was an awesome experience. I had to write this review. Mike and I were able to finalize the car I needed over the phone/email as it was being custom ordered a month ago. I didn't have to go to the dealership at all. I picked it up yesterday and it met all the specifications as discussed. Unlike other dealerships Helms Bros is a no pressure environment and they don't force you to add services/products if you don't want to. The manager Greg did diligently go over it to ensure I was aware of the benefits. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and it was my first visit during this entire experience buying the car. I even turned in my existing leased MB to them and they took care of everything very smoothly while I waited for my new vehicle. 10 out of 10 to this dealership and their staff for excellent service. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More
