It was a very easy and seamless process - no hard sell at any point along the way. Greg even went out of his way to find the color and trim line of Jetta that we wanted and made sure it was ready to go, on time. This is the 3rd VW that we have purchased over 16 years - can't say enough about the reliability and handling. More
