I have bought many cars over the years but had never experienced the customer service I received at Heritage Mazda. The whole team was welcoming- Greg was a blast to chat with while waiting for paperwor experienced the customer service I received at Heritage Mazda. Greg was very professional and did not pressure me in any way. He was very knowable about the features of the vehicle I was interested in and took his time explaining some of the new safely features. Everyone was very nice to deal with especially my Sales Rep Nima. The finance manager Paris was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Had a bad experience with one of the sales managers though Rep Nima. The finance manager Paris was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Had a bad experience with one of the sales managers though giving me misleading information so I would close the deal. Unfortunately, that did not sit to well with me. I’m hoping from here on out I have a good experience if I need any service done to my vehicle or need any assistance from sales because that is very important to me also when you purchase a vehicle how well you are taken care of after owning the vehicle when it comes to service and sales. More
