I can be a "difficult" customer to work with as I'm not afraid to walk on the last offer if it still is not where I am expecting it to be and play the waiting game. I have been leasing BMW's for over a dec afraid to walk on the last offer if it still is not where I am expecting it to be and play the waiting game. I have been leasing BMW's for over a decade and been through dealers up and down the east coast, mostly with questionable salesmen along the way. Greg was excellent to work with and and certainly did not take it personally that the deal did not happen right away, but continued to work for me and ultimately was able to find a way for everyone to agree to a final number that worked for all. All my future BMW dealings with be through Greg. More
