Dealer did not have a technician qualified to perform the recall. They gave me the parts, but I had to find another dealer with a qualified technician and the tools to perform the recall. Since spitzers bill recall. They gave me the parts, but I had to find another dealer with a qualified technician and the tools to perform the recall. Since spitzers billed Stelantis for the recall repair, I was forced to pay the labor to have the parts installed at another dealer. More

The people I dealt with mainly Tim Wolford were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. At 83 I am not seeing that kind of service these days.
