Dealer did not have a technician qualified to perform the recall. They gave me the parts, but I had to find another dealer with a qualified technician and the tools to perform the recall. Since spitzers billed Stelantis for the recall repair, I was forced to pay the labor to have the parts installed at another dealer. More

The people I dealt with mainly Tim Wolford were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. At 83 I am not seeing that kind of service these days. I was impressed when I called in, to get an appointment for my car. I spoke with a really nice customer service representative. He was able to give me an appointment, right away. Our van was in a shop for 3 months. Is not fixed. You guys do not know how to fix it. It is Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. End up learning that you guys moved our van to other dealer in Shel Is not fixed. These people always take great care of our vehicles. You get exactly what you need and they don't try to up-sale my wife unnecessarily stuff. No reason for us to go elsewhere!
