My experience was terrible, had some steering components replaced then I drove 800 miles and found 3 lugnuts loose on one tire and 1 lugnut loose on another tire that I could turn with my fingers. I tighten replaced then I drove 800 miles and found 3 lugnuts loose on one tire and 1 lugnut loose on another tire that I could turn with my fingers. I tightened them up and found all of the lugnuts were loose and conveniently the tire monitor system is intermittently coming on for the drivers side front tire….weird. I called the dealership to report this and the service advisor sounded like he could care less and was going to have the mechanic call me, why?. Still waiting on that phone call. The steering on my truck still feels loose so I will be taking it to another shop to have spitzers work checked out and to diagnose why the steering is still loose and why, conveniently, the tire pressure monitor system is now intermittently coming on.
