I try to do my homework and feel I get a pretty good deal when I purchase. The Riley Family are Jefferson City people and I feel buying from them, helps them and the employee's who live and work in Jefferson City. The guys in the service department are absolutely GREAT. Friendly, professional and always do a great job. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of Riley Toyota. More

2 thumbs WAAAY up! Upgraded my car a few months ago needed my 1st oil change since purchase. I called several days in advance and scheduled my oil change, but there wer Upgraded my car a few months ago needed my 1st oil change since purchase. I called several days in advance and scheduled my oil change, but there were several complications after my car was in the air and all it's go go juice was drained out. My car requires a special filter (no one knew this until removing the old one.) Greg and the service team had to order a special filter, have it delivered and replace it. Not to mention we discovered my car takes the millionaires milk grade of oil. Greg not only got the filter issue taking care of, but also got me the best price for everything I needed and researched how to do things better next time! He was incredibly polite, and made it the best sleep deprived poverty trip possible. Thank you so much for helping me, Greg! More

Service is Second to None I own an older Toyota Avalon and came in to the service department with just a low tire pressure light. Russ Kesel and his crew resolved that problem quickly but went further to be sure there were no other surprises waiting for me.
