On the day we stopped in to purchase our vehicle Scott was not available. Greg Hoag happily stepped in and assisted us in preparing the initial paperwork. On the day we picked up the vehicle the financing staff walked us through the closing process very efficiently, thoroughly explaining our options and helping us select the best fit for our needs. The General Manager, Eric Olsen, even took the time to visit with us before we left to insure we had a positive experience. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Eric and his staff. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else in the future! More

Every Accord I've had has met or exceeded my expectations, and (Willimason Honda) for over 20 years. It's always a delight to work with Greg Hoag. Every Accord I've had has met or exceeded my expectations, and I've always felt I was treated fairly. Once, when a car I was driving was in an accident, it was taking awhile for the body shop to get to my car. My insurance for a rental car was expiring, and I drive in my business. Hoag let me drive his Accord V-6 Coupe for the duration. Sold! A smart move on his part, because I couldn't wait to get my next Accord. And the service department is most trustworthy. This is a great organization! More

I am 69 years old and have used (and abused a few) sales resps in my life and generally do not hold car sales people in high esteem. Greg is THE major exception to my general perspective on car sales reps. Our son, at our suggestion, also purchased a Honda from Greg and we also purchased an Oldsmobile from Williamson many years ago. More than the very good automobiles which Honda offers is also the importance we place on a creditable dealership and a sales rep who we believe acts with character and integrity and that is Greg's core values. No pressure, take one's time, ask whatever and as many questions as one might wish, etc. Greg is also very knowledgable about the cars he sells, knows even the small details related to the function and operation of these vehicles, and, while representing the best interests of this dealership, we have always felt he also worked to represent our legitimate issues and perspectives. We have recommended him to others and, to a person, they all are highly pleased with him during the sales process. Williamson is a fine dealership and we believe they do stand for character and integrity in their relationships and encounters with their customers. The service manager, Jeff Williams, likewise, is a very talented and customer centered professional and wants to be certain that repairs are attended to in exemplary fashion...and they are. The other staff also stand out as doing their jobs at a very high level. Greg and Williamson have our best recommendation. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This dealership has a great service department, but sales manager is a JERK! I recently relocated from Texas, and needed to trade in my late model Toyota, for something newer an service department, but sales manager is a JERK! I recently relocated from Texas, and needed to trade in my late model Toyota, for something newer and more fuel efficient. The salesman, Greg was a great guy, but his butthead boss refused to give me a decent amount for a trade-in, and tried to rip me off by pushing me to buy an older vehicle than I was TRADING! I finally went to Duteau Chevrolet, where I was sold a 2009 Honda with 22,000 miles in mint condition. It is ludicrous that I had to go somewhere else to buy a Honda, because of a rude sales manager. If this dealership were the last one on earth, I would NEVER buy from them! Do yourself a favor, drive to OMAHA. Their Honda franchise is better! More

I've had excellent experiences with sales (Greg Hoag has sold me 3 new cars as of last Wednesday) and services over the bought my first Honda there.
