However, after we were reached out and asked to meet with a different sales person our experience was wonderful. Kaitlin was very professional and courteous. She was enjoyable to deal with. Greg did everything he could to meet our family's needs, interacted with our children while they waited and helped with every step of completing the purchase. Joe made the financing process a breeze. When we picked up the car Caleb patiently went over all of the features and helped with setting them up. He answered all of my questions and those from my children too.
