I went in due to a sensor light that kept turning on,
they replaced 3 different parts that were not related to the problem and now the issue is still there.

We regret that, despite multiple attempts to address your concerns regarding the traction control light, believed to be related to the aftermarket lift kit installed by another shop, we were unable to fully resolve the issue to your satisfaction despite discounting the repairs or helping out where we could.
We understand you have since disputed the credit card charges, stating that the repairs were not authorized or the repairs were not performed correctly even though your warning light would stay off weeks forwarding the repair. Reassured our records indicate that approvals were obtained prior to performing the work, and all services completed were based on those approvals.
We are sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations and wish interactions would have been better. At this time, we believe it might be in your best interest to seek assistance from another Ford dealership moving forward. After we talked a bit after I arrived, he brought the truck that fit my needs and desires best. I bought it that night. Dillon the service manager made the purchase process smooth and easy. Both of them followed up with me after a few days which I found astounding. I've never had a dealership make sure I was happy with my purchase. They both showed that they care about their customer and their dealership.
