I came to Maxwell ford with a broken car, they were friendly and knowlegable. They found the problems with my car, told me about them and made the repairs that I could afford now. They did not try to u friendly and knowlegable. They found the problems with my car, told me about them and made the repairs that I could afford now. They did not try to up sales me they had diagnostic results as proof of the problems. The service rep. kept me informed as to the progress and texted as to completion. I will continue to use Maxwell ford for my services and maybe even when I can afford a new car. More

I found a truck from Maxwell Ford through CarGurus that was much cheaper than their sticker price. They seem to not be happy about that, and I had two trade in vehicles that they completely lowballed me an was much cheaper than their sticker price. They seem to not be happy about that, and I had two trade in vehicles that they completely lowballed me and practically stole them from me I believe because of that. The offers were so low. If I didn’t want the truck so bad, I would’ve just kept my vehicles. If you’re looking to trade in your vehicles, and your looking for a good to decent deal, I would not go to Maxwell Ford dealership. More
