Thank you Ashton (finance) you took someone worried and kept them laughing and talking the whole way through. In three car financing scenarios in my life, you are the best and you worked so hard with the bank to get me the best package avaible.
Thank you Conor (salesman). Maxwell Ford was my first stop and Mr. Conor was my first salesman. He pointed me to the car and we gave it a test drive together. I then went on to three of dealerships looking at cars on my list. This only showed me how much better Maxwell Ford was to its competitors: the car was cleaner, salesmen immediately acknowledge me and rapidly dealt with my needs, price for like was about even, but quality of the car was better. Mr Conor was with another customer when I returned and he ensured I was taken care of by passing me off to Mr. Kiel.
The experience
So brought into Maxwell Ford based upon an online listing. Listing was sold by the time I got there, was a nice truck at a good deal. They were able to recommend and show me several more in the same price range and trim level. But they weren’t on my list so I continued with my other planned test drives. At other dealers I waited an hour for keys to see a scheduled test drive. One I got a credit alert before I even test drove the vehicle. One truck was not even road worthy, but the dealer had no clue and we took it out for a test drive and it nearly died as we exited the lot. After six hours of driving other people’s cars and dealing with other companies salesmen. I decided Conor’s recommendation was actually a really good truck at a good price. Went back, but due to Conor having an appointment was passed to Mr. Keil. Conor filled him in. Keil took care of me. Ashton got all the legal done.
It’s hard when you only go to place A to judge it. But let me help you. I went to A B C and D. All I needed was A. Professionalism, quality, price, customer care. I’ll be back. Gotta help my sister get a car soon. Guess who’s gonna be number one.

They have a ton of cars listed on cars.com, but then when you ask about them, they don't actually have them on the lot but you can order them online
