The only negative thing I can say is how long the process took. But that is only because they worked so hard to help me get into a vehicle. Things went good with sales department, but the truck had a few mechanical issues such as: missing under truck skid plate and splash guard, front end alignment not correct, emergency jack and tire iron not m a few mechanical issues such as: missing under truck skid plate and splash guard, front end alignment not correct, emergency jack and tire iron not mounted correctly, missing extra key fob and vehical not cleaned and detailed very good. I spent several hours on two separate days waiting in the lobby for these things to be corected that should have been done before the truck was delivered. More
