I was well informed and treated courteously. I took in my car for its 60,000 mile service. Some major problems were found. I appreciated that I was well informed and the manager worked with me to I took in my car for its 60,000 mile service. Some major problems were found. I appreciated that I was well informed and the manager worked with me to resolve the issues in a considerate and efficient manner. My service rep was also very courteous and explained things to me. I would like to commend them both for the exceptional job they did with servicing my vehicle. More

Quick & easy Great staff!!!! While my car was being serviced I was able to connect with a couple of the workers by talking and getting to know them by asking quest Great staff!!!! While my car was being serviced I was able to connect with a couple of the workers by talking and getting to know them by asking questions. An after my car was serviced it wasn't like these other shops in Yakima that just want your money, the workers actually continued to talk to me about life where as other dealerships would try to talk you in to buying a new car. Very genuine staff More

He makes this dealership better than their competitors based on an outstanding service center. Aaron diligently attends to service requests and explains fully and candidly what can be done, and then personally calls with details and followup. He is a real problem solver. More

Another Horrible Dealer Experience Vince is clueless; get rid of him, or get him some training. Greg tried really hard, and would be the only reason I would ever go back. But the experience was a typically excruciating dealership extravaganza. I got several WRONG quotes. Then I got meaningless, indecipherable garbage instead of clearly itemized estimate I asked for. And then a new problem discovered at pick up time that would cost $400 to fix. SERIOUSLY?! More
