Mathew, You are failing first and foremost by trying to suggest you have made staff changes due to my complaints. You know this is not true. Vince was leaving anyway! You, like Greg, are a liar. You are also failing, much as your entire service department has, to pay attention to what I have already said. Please quit while you're ahead, and stop wasting my time with paying lip service to "service!" You are not willing to do a damned thing to fix my issue, and I am offended you are trying to pretend you are. If you want to put your money where your mouth is, take responsibility and offer to do the work I already paid for. Anything short of that is an insult, and harassment. Hoda
