When I purchased this new vehicle, I was sold an
aftermarket wheel & chip/dent protection policy for $1,000.00. Although I was hesitant to purchase this policy, the person closing the deal, CJ Musnu

Although I was hesitant to purchase this policy, the person closing the deal, CJ Musnug guaranteed that the policy would cover any chip, scratch, or dent for 48 months with no deductible. I spent a lot of time discussing this policy and even called him the next day for another confirmation concerning the terms of the policy. I had the vehicle in for an oil change and requested that some chip damage and scratches on the front of the vehicle be repaired under this policy and it was denied. When I requested a full refund from CJ Musnug for the fraudulent protection policy, I was told that it would be pro-rated and he couldn't tell me what the amount of the refund would be.
Over my life I have always purchased Ford vehicles for my personal use. My expectations are that the I be treated fairly by the dealer. This chip/wheel protection plan was sold to me under false pretenses and misrepresentation.
In addition, I had to bring the vehicle back after the oil change to have the oil life reset and a new sticker in the window. Was the oil actually changed? You couldn't prove it by me.
I am not a happy customer at this point.
