Sales great. Service is terrible!! I purchased a higher end truck and have issues from day 1. Bug deflector they put on doesn't fit properly, hood scoops are w Service is terrible!! I purchased a higher end truck and have issues from day 1. Bug deflector they put on doesn't fit properly, hood scoops are warped, tire/rim leak air, door handle was delivered scratched. This has been going on for a year or better. The service advisors want to do the right thing but are constantly held up by Greg Kuzyck (service manager). Nice guy but doesn't get any results and never has answers. Hood scoop factory issue from day 1 never fixed, door handle day 1 never fixed but tried the cheap route of buffing it out. Bug deflector poor install never fixed day 1. Tire/rim day one and tried to put a sealer even though they say some of those rims are warped and will not seal. Should have ordered a new tire and rim has not. I ordered 1 FROM GREG so that I had a spare and it came in within 3 weeks but the one that he was to order for a year has not. Nice guy but ZERO results. Sales dept is great, parts great and service advisors great....Greg seems to slow them down and hold them back from being a good department. Sorry just the truth. More

UPDATE...On this past Tues Greg reached out to me. As always he was nice but stated he is still working on it. According to Greg Black Widow has been not very cooperative or responsive yet he was continuing to try. As always Greg was very nice yet still a work in progress without a end in sight as of today. If that is the case with Black Widow then buyer beware. Hopefully Greg resolves it all and I will provide updates however this has been going on for over a year now looking back. Truthfully I feel terrible writing a bad review for this service dept and Greg since they are all very nice but it's about results which have not happened in over a year....if Black Widow is this way it'll be the last version I ever purchase and this is a higher end vehicle.
