I recently had a most pleasant experience purchasing my new Ford Edge. The sales personnel, Mike Simmons in New Car Sales, Gregg Ledbetter the New Car Sales Manager, Brett Hughes the Business Manager, performed with the best possible courtesy. I was escorted around the car lot reviewing their inventory in a golf cart, not seeing the color I wanted, the staff went to work looking for my specific choice from another Dealer. The "electric spice" (burnt orange) 2015 Edge Sport was located and exchanged for in two days. I was recognized as a qualified buyer and within two days, Mike Simmons drove to my house to pick me up to complete the paperwork at Walker Ford. Two hours later I was driving my new car off the lot. The experience overall was easy and friendly; professional without any pressure. They answered all my questions and invited my communication for further questions. I felt I could discuss anything with them. Overall, my experience at Walker Ford was of the highest standard that could compare to the best anywhere in our USA. I am proud to speak this highly of them. I commend them for their excellence! More

Vic Haul was the most calm sales person I have ever met. I was able to snoop around and test drive two vehicles without any pressure. When it came time to find the exact vehicle I wanted, they were able to get to a competitive price without any weird line items or tricks in the quote. They were the best in valuing my trade. I had two negative experiences at other dealerships where I felt like they were pressuring me to sign documents, being misleading about vehicle availability, and undervaluing my trade. In contrast, the staff at Walker were very reassuring and allowed me to have the time that I needed. They told me that they could get the exact vehicle I wanted quickly without any issues. On one visit I had a screaming two-year old with me and Mickey and Denise gave my daughter toys and stickers! I checked out the service area and it had a a nice waiting area that was clean and quiet. More

I had a very specific car with specific options that I wanted that was nowhere to be found. They all worked with me patiently for the past six weeks to make it happen and get me that car. More
