I give this dealership a hands down best service I ever seen in my life. I gone through a lot of dealerships since I was kid never had the most respect received from this staff. My sales Mike is one of the most professional person I have ever met. Mike found the perfect car that suited explained everything about the car. I gone through other places that thy have no knowledge of the vehicle.Mike in the other hand knew everything about the car and he was very honest positive attitude never pressured me. I give mike a lot of credit for being the way he is hes an excellent employee if I had my own dealership I would make him my general manager. Mike has such good personality I believe he will get promoted at some point in life. "

Everyone at this dealership was so friendly and willing to help. And not just to put me in any car, but they worked to help get me into the vehicle I wanted, and reassured me throughout the whole process that they were working for me, not just selling to me. The facility itself is great, large and clean. I felt very comfortable there while waiting to get my new vehicle on the road. I worked with Mike and he was very knowledgeable and he listened to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process.

"CASH Buy/Purchase of a new or used pickup truck. "

I basically went to many dealers in the greater Springfield area with one simple demand/bid request: "Give me your best CASH $$$ price on a new or used pickup truck with very low miles period and NO SHELL GAMES!" I have experience with putting out government bid & contracts as a former government bureaucrat from a federal law enforcement background. The ONLY car salesman that was able to understand my simple demand out of 20 is named "Samuel Gendreau" .... None of the rest could comprehend my simple CASH demand. I was looking for the lowest bid on the best deal period! No Games! The other Pioneer Valley dealerships around Springfield all wanted to sell me business with a bank loan .. THEY ALL FAILED! They all failed to comprehend a simple bid request. I also found Sam to be surprisingly honest an upfront with me as we both learned a few new lessons about bank & MA Title beaurocracy issues on cash purchases. I will recommend SAM and NO OTHER Salesman that I'm familiar with. - Randy Dixon - Indian Orchard.

"A guy who will give you the time"

I called Lia Toyota to inquire about a pre-owned unit late on a Sunday afternoon. Greg took my call and I felt at ease right away,he was polite and professional. He said he would check their inventory and back to me right away,which he did. Unfortunately the unit was sold,but we spoke for a long time about what i was looking for. Further he was willing to listen me in regard to my other "not so pleasant experiences" with other dealers.He answered all my questions and further educated me,respecting my perspective. Although i have not yet purchased a vehicle from Greg or Lia, i would recommend him for a pleasurable-disappointment,if there is such a slogan.And if another vehicle that's fits my profile comes around,i will be happy to see Greg. It was refreshing to get an associate on the phone who is polite,courteous,knowledgeable and Takes the Time.If all Dealers had a guy like this,perhaps dealers wouldn't get such a bad wrap. Thanks for taking the time!

My lease of my RAV4 was due to end soon and I wanted to continue to drive a RAV4. However, I did not yet know whether to lease again, purchase the leased RAV4 I already had or to purchase a new one. I needed to know the costs of each option. Jerzy, in my opinion is an excellent salesman. He worked with me to look at the costs of all the options above. Afterthe cost exploration was completed I decided to go with leasing another RAV. Jerzy helped me to get to the decision I needed to make. He patiently and professionally went about his business assisting me with the process of getting my new vehicle. I did not feel pressured at all!
