I came in because I had a low coolant level on my 2007 Corvette. I actually live in Atlanta, GA but was here in Nashville for Thanksgiving. I authorized a diagnostic on my car, which revealed that one of my hoses was leaking. It was a huge inconvenience because the part had to be special ordered. I need a hose with a special bend in it. I told Greg my situation as far as needing to get back for work, etc, etc. He could have easily just told me that I'd have to wait until Tuesday and that there was nothing he could do, but instead he got with some of the mechanics and created an alternative to me purchasing that particular $100 hose (not including later). He had them take another hose and created the bend themselves!! My cost after the diagnostic...$4.83. I was amazed by his honesty and friendliness. He did everything he could to make sure that I didn't have to spend more money or be inconvenienced. BY FAR, THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A SERVICE CENTER....especially while owning my Corvette (6 years). I used to people trying to suck all of the money they can out of me because I have a high end vehicle. This has me considering driving all the way back to Nashville to have my car serviced. lol More

The salesman, Shane was very helpful and showed my wife and I everything about the car. Greg was also very helpful and got the car serviced quickly so i could return to work. I recently had my car serviced and Greg McNeil was the service tech that helped me. I usually have concerns when I go to a dealership but it was truly a pleasant experience. My GMC Yukon was burning a lot of oil, so I took it to a local service shop where the head mechanic told me the engine would have to be replaced and it was a very costly repair. Of course, this was a HUGE local service shop where the head mechanic told me the engine would have to be replaced and it was a very costly repair. Of course, this was a HUGE shock and disappointment to me! I decided to get a second opinion, so I went to Tom Bannen and talked to Greg McNeil, the Service Advisor. He did some research and discovered a GM factory recall for that specific problem and it was a 100% FREE repair! Greg saved me ton of money and I'm very grateful for his diligence and honesty. Thanks Greg! I'm a customer for life!!! More

I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received from this dealer. I would not go anywhere else. Greg has been very helpful and professional in all our visits to the dealership. He has been great when we had an emergency and had to come in right at closing time and he made sure we were taken care of visits to the dealership. I purchased my vehicle at Tom Bannen 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. I have worked with almost all of the service people but Greg has been the one that I always go back to. He is very had it serviced there ever since. I have worked with almost all of the service people but Greg has been the one that I always go back to. He is very nice and speaks to me like a person and try's to explain everything to me so that i understand it. And I am the first to say I know nothing about vehicles. I have had a few issues with my vehicle and he has always taken care of it and done everything he can to make it right. He does not try to sell me any service I don't need and is offers his expert opinion when asking about parts and service. He is what makes Tom Bannen the type of dealership that I will continue to do business with for a long time. More

Service is always great! Greg always takes time to explain why certain maintenance needs to be performed.
