Service Technition Greg Nichols was terrific. If it was not for him, this would have been a frustrating experience. I had an issue with my Impreza that I found a service bulletin that described the fix and not for him, this would have been a frustrating experience. I had an issue with my Impreza that I found a service bulletin that described the fix and the parts that were required. I made an appointment to have this fixed. When I got to the dealer, I was informed by Greg that they did not have the part and it would take days to get the part. Don't you think that someone would have check to see it they had the part before my appointment. I left the dealer because I did not want to be without a car for days. Greg advised me to call Subaru to see if the repair could be covered since my car had low miles and it was a known problem. Anyway, Greg called back a little later that same day and said that he had tracked down the part at another dealer. If I would bring the car back he would give me a loaner until my car was fixed. It even turned out that Subaru did cover the cost of the repair and I got to test drive a nes Subaru Crosstrek as my loaner. I may have found my next new car. More
