I scheduled a warranty repair and was told it would take an hour to complete the warranty. I waited, in store, for over 2 1/2 hours. I received zero updates during this process and barely received an apol an hour to complete the warranty. I waited, in store, for over 2 1/2 hours. I received zero updates during this process and barely received an apology for having to wait an extra 90 minutes. I've been a subaru owner for 14 years and will not be returning to the WBL location.
