This was the best experience I have has at White Bear Subaru so far. I needed a repair to a wheel bearing and knew I would not have time to sit at the dealership. I was offered I have has at White Bear Subaru so far. I needed a repair to a wheel bearing and knew I would not have time to sit at the dealership. I was offered a service vehicle immediately and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I was able to go about my day and was updated throughout the day. When my vehicle was repaired it was no more than another 10 minutes to pay for service and pick up. Very efficient, great customer service! More

Failed to do as I asked. I asked for 6000 mile check PLUS rotation of tires as crew from selling Dealership failed to do on the Initial Servicing of my vehicle. I felt then, I asked for 6000 mile check PLUS rotation of tires as crew from selling Dealership failed to do on the Initial Servicing of my vehicle. I felt then, that they just didn't want to be bothered. They said that they didn't need rotation or Balancing. The said they would do it next time. Well, I had been to your Dealership with my Employers car and had it serviced over a number of years. I felt that we had received better customer service here than there. My question is, why is a rotation/balance listed as a service of your first visit if it is not needed, and can then even be passed over on the NEXT scheduled service? This just doesn't make sense to me. I waited for more than an hour and a half for the oil change, as the car wash was not done either as temperatures were below zero and I was told my car would freeze and I would be unable to get into it. Greg Nichols did tell me I could come and get the car wash when it warmed up. Greg gave me an estimate that included a rotation and balance. Ue Vang was the closer, and said that they had not done the rotation and balance, that it would be done the next Servicing. I wonder, Will it? The final bill was about $35 less than estimated. Excellent service I recently moved to the the Twin Cities from the Kansas City area and was pleased to find that the service I received at White Bear was excellent, per I recently moved to the the Twin Cities from the Kansas City area and was pleased to find that the service I received at White Bear was excellent, personal and thorough, as I had come to expect from the dealership where I had purchased my 2016 Outback in Kansas.
