Not sure if this is for my recent service or the purchase of my 2023 Outback. The entire team has been above and beyond professional. Even through the buying process, there was low pressure (except for th of my 2023 Outback. The entire team has been above and beyond professional. Even through the buying process, there was low pressure (except for the extra warranty stuff). The issue with the hitch installation was handled professionally and resolved, which is what matters. No process is 100% perfect, so it is the professionalism of the team to listen and follow through to the end that made the difference. I want to highlight Donovan Brummond especially - I have never met a service manager with the care, transparency, communication and follow through. (and I can say this with experience from another dealer that isn't far from Subaru). Great Job Subaru Team! More
