Even through the buying process, there was low pressure (except for the extra warranty stuff). The issue with the hitch installation was handled professionally and resolved, which is what matters. No process is 100% perfect, so it is the professionalism of the team to listen and follow through to the end that made the difference. I want to highlight Donovan Brummond especially - I have never met a service manager with the care, transparency, communication and follow through. (and I can say this with experience from another dealer that isn't far from Subaru). Great Job Subaru Team! More

My daughters car had a Tire Pressure Monitoring System issue that started after a recent service appointment. The Service Manager offered to pick her car up in St. Louis Park and bring it to White Bear La issue that started after a recent service appointment. The Service Manager offered to pick her car up in St. Louis Park and bring it to White Bear Lake in order to diagnose and correct the problem. This is certainly going the extra mile, much appreciated and definitely unexpected. There was a problem which happens, but they absolutely care and work to make things right. I would highly recommend White Bears service group. More

My hitch was not installed to work with my bike carrier. It took 3 hours in a separate appointment to improve it. The black stop is now falling off and I don’t want another 3 hour appointment. Also the hitch is angled down which doesn’t seem right. 1/13/2023 The team at the White Bear Subaru service department are true professionals. I am impressed with the diligence in responding to the issue with the hitch so far. The issue isn't resolved yet, but Matt Jensen, Greg, Donovan have demonstrated nothing but the highest level of professionalism and follow through to address the issue at hand. 1/20/2023 Update. Subaru resolved the issue 100%. Thank you! More
