When my son hit a curb turning on some ice and my alignment was completely off and all sensors were flashing, they fit me in right away to have that When my son hit a curb turning on some ice and my alignment was completely off and all sensors were flashing, they fit me in right away to have that resolved. When we couldn’t get in for a couple weeks to check for other related issues and diagnostics and another private shop was able to identify and fix other issues, including the need for repeat alignment, Subaru service team helped us out by repeating the alignment about five days later. We remain loyal customers and appreciate the broad teamwork and kindness shown in helping us out as much as possible when the schedule was too full to do everything at once, but Subaru knew we needed to be back on the road! Thank you Subaru! More
