I like continuity in my auto maintenance relationships and Greg Palm a Service Advisor at Enfield currently and Northampton previously is a huge reason I choose Lia Honda Enfield. Greg is an excellent communicator and responsive when I have a concern. Making appointments is easy. I recently needed a bigger repair on my 2006 CRV. Greg set me up in a loaner and called me when the work was done. I returned the loaner and paid for the repair and drove my car home. Easy peasy. There is a comfortable feel about the whole service department. The waiting area is a place I can get work done while I am waiting and when someone makes a cup of coffee the aroma makes me want a cup too. More
