Greg Palm was polite and very helpful getting our warranty applied to repair our hard start issue! We were able to call and ask any questions we had and he had the answer for us! I had barely finished my coffee when Greg Palm called to say my Honda CRV EX was already to pick up after it's first check up. I had dropped it off about a half an hour earlier.
