I would recommend anyone that needs service done to seek out the experts at Landers McLarty Subaru. I wanted to update the body side molding on my 2022 Forester Wilderness and without hesitation Kim in Par out the experts at Landers McLarty Subaru. I wanted to update the body side molding on my 2022 Forester Wilderness and without hesitation Kim in Parts, promptly ordered the part!! It required some additional scheduling as the ceramic coating needed to be removed from the new areas, but Brian and Christian were on it!! Zach the service advisor scheduled it with Matt who patiently removed the older moldings and put the new ones on perfectly!! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! Always feel like they treat me as family!! More

We had to have our 2019 Legacy towed to Landers McLarty while on our way from Indianapolis to Orange Beach, Alabama. They started on the car first thing Monday morning. Almost $2000 in parts/labor have been spent thru my auto service contract (which cannot be renewed do to high costs against it) and the problem still exists for almost a year. More

Always a great experience with Subaru in HSV! I will continue to return to Landers McLarty. I have purchased two vehicles from Landers McLarty, with a total of four for my family. I have also continued to use the Subaru maintenance department for all of my services. Big shoutout to Jessica Mullins and Greg Parde. Al Hampton has helped my family and me for years. He is professional, knowledgeable, always willing to work with my schedule and goes the extra mile to make sure that my car buying experiences have been comfortable and easy. Each purchase I've made, Al was willing to take as much time with me as I needed to ask questions about the vehicles, test drive and go over the owner's manual. I extremely appreciate his patience and laid-back approach. I recently bought a 2020 Forester Sport, trading in my 2013 Forester. I was extremely pleased with the trade-in offer and the added incentives and deals offered to me when purchasing. About three days after I purchased my new vehicle, Al gave me a call to check on the vehicle and to see how I was enjoying it. Something like that says it all when making a decision/purchase of this size. Al also ALWAYS asks about my family - it truly is a pleasant experience working with him. Nathan Hudson was very helpful through the process. He offered his time and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, even though it wasn't at the Huntsville location. Also... he hooked up my dogs with some awesome Subaru dog toys... can't say those are doing as well as my new Subaru... but it was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. Bill Ladd helped me in Finance. He was extremely pleasant and took his time, as well as Al and Nathan, to answer any questions I had and review additional packages and promotions that I could purchase. He even put together a packet of the paperwork I needed to transfer my car tag/registration, SUPER helpful! I know that Al, Nathan, Bill and the Landers McLarty Subaru Team do everything for their customers' satisfaction because they believe in the product they're selling - a true testament to that is the amount of customers that continue to return. I am extremely thankful for everyone's time and effort with my most recent car buying experience. I highly recommend Landers McLarty! More

Greg is a professional, proficient, and personable employee. I needed information well after sales was closed but he took the call and went out of his way to assist me.
