They responded very quickly and fulfilled all of my requests when it came to picking up my vehicle; a tough order for a discerning customer like myself. Adrian, the BMW Genius I had worked with, was also courteous and easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. All in all, a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. For years, I have avoided dealerships and primarily dealt with independent auto brokers instead. Yet BMW of Manhattan has renewed my faith in working with dealerships again. They were that good, and with such a positive experience, I would not hesitate recommending using them for your next BMW purchase. More

Amazing showroom, great staff! I had the pleasure of dealing with him in the past when I 1st purchased my BMW, he was my genius expert. As years past I decided to upgrade to another vehicle and lord and behold he was now selling cars. To my dismay I had to leave my client adviser and give him a try. I knew making that move would be best because I am never WRONG. Mr. Tonge was just as professional as the 1st day I met him in fact he remembered me he treated me with dignity and the BMW excellence I expected, I only hope this review finds him and the upper management team that supports him. I would suggest that Mr. Tonge wears 2 hats in the BMW family because he is best at both.... I would say to anyone out there needing or WANTING a BMW try BMW of Manhattan and ask for Mr. Tonge you won't be disappointed. I must mentioned Mr. Pol was also a great client adviser as well and I would have written him a review as well but this site did not exists when I made a purchase from him.
