It was a certified preowned car with less than 5,000 miles on it. My husband has had to bring it back for multiple repairs over the past 15 months. We have put 12,000 miles on the car in 15 months. The car is extremely well maintained. We decided we might want to sell it due to the constant problems. We were tired of taking it in (a 45 minute drive each way) every time another problem was discovered. While at a car dealer this week, they ran a carfax on our car which revealed it had been in an accident with moderate damage, 6 months before we purchased the car. It was owned by Atlanta Classic Cars at the time of the accident. We would never buy a car that had been in an accident. We want a refund of the current fair market value of the car. The general manager, Casey Newton, admitted that the car had been in an accident and the dealership did the repair. He did not know why the carfax that they had done when we bought the car failed to disclose the accident. Casey offered us $5,000 less than the fair market value, which is unacceptable. More

Once we said we wanted the vehicle, the process time was the shortest I have ever experienced purchasing a car. What I thought would take the entire day was quick, hassle free, and made me sorry I hadn't purchased all my vehicles from this team. I saw a motto on one of the advertisement that went something like "life is too short and the road too long to drive anything less than a Mercedes." Great car buying experience at the dealership! Great experience today buying a car at Atlanta Classic! The experience wasn't expected going into a dealership with my wife. We met with Greg (Rabide Great experience today buying a car at Atlanta Classic! The experience wasn't expected going into a dealership with my wife. We met with Greg (Rabideaux) who in my opinion was the best car salesman I have ever had the experience to worked with. Greg didn't put any pressure on us. He gave us a look at all cars we were interested in and educated us of our options. The beginning to the end of our experience was less 4 hours which was a plus. Again, Greg was the best, but I have to give a special thanks to finance who made the process seamless and for being a big Dawgs fan ( Go Dawgs! ) and TK the Tech person who did a Great Job. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes- Benz or any other car they sale! More
