Everybody was very friendly and helpful. But, typical of a dealership shop, the cost to diagnose, replace and calibrate one sensor was over $1000. Of course the only way to calibrate a senso But, typical of a dealership shop, the cost to diagnose, replace and calibrate one sensor was over $1000. Of course the only way to calibrate a sensor was at a GM dealer. The service advisors were of course a bit ashamed or the cost but I bet that's beyond the dealership's control. I'll continue to skip the glitz, glamour and cost of any dealership whenever I can. More

Mohawk Chevrolet is consistently professional in every aspect of customer service. The staff is friendly, well informed and enabled by management to make decisions on the spot. Knowing that we were coming in from out of state, we were annoyed and disappointed that sales did not have the used vehicle that we came to see ready for our inspection. It was filthy, so we had to wait arou annoyed and disappointed that sales did not have the used vehicle that we came to see ready for our inspection. It was filthy, so we had to wait around while they cleaned it up. Did not make a deal b/c Sales Mgr. did not accept a fair offer. After we left, I realized George our sales associate did not give me back my drivers license. He did however stop by our hotel to return it to me. While there I had my truck serviced, service center did a good job. More
