We are a corporate account and have multiple vehicles under the Mohawk Chevrolet umbrella. Although it’s difficult to rate every interaction we have with the dealership, I can definitely state that Moh under the Mohawk Chevrolet umbrella. I appreciate the extra time and effort spent determining what was wrong with my 2011 Equinox! The staff was patient with me when I returned frustrated the problem continued. Greg and Steve along with the what was wrong with my 2011 Equinox! The staff was patient with me when I returned frustrated the problem continued. Greg and Steve along with the mechanic didn't give up until the issue was correctly diagnosed and repaired. They all went out of their way to make sure I was okay and informed before any work was done. Thank you guys :) More

I'm very unsatisfied at this point. I purchased the car 1 month ago today. My first car payment is do today and I have not received loan documents. My first day the drivers side windsh I purchased the car 1 month ago today. My first car payment is do today and I have not received loan documents. My first day the drivers side windshield wiper was torn and broken, which has been repaired. I dropped my car off for a 7:30 appointment on September 15. I dropped at early drop off. I received no phone calls by 8:30. I started calling and email to no response. I reached out to my salesmen to see what was going on. He got back to me but no one else. I called at 1:30 to get voicemail of contact person , which called me back and said my car was done and thought someone called me. The main reason for this visit was to get my spare key programmed. When I came to pick up my car and went to get in it and make sure that the key and remote car starter worked, the key was wrong that was ordered did not have car starter on the key fob. So a new one has been ordered I'm told. I called on September 26 @ 12:11, to follow up and was told I'm not sure what is going on that he would call me right back. Here it is October 3 and still waiting along with my loan documentation and the phone call for new key fob. Respectfully Shayne More
