Messed up repairs both times I've utilized their services. Oil filter gasket crimped due to tech over-tightening filter. Had oil all over my driveway and garage floor. Second time I had my vehicle serviced was to replace a taillight. Tech ran vehicle into a shop cart causing damage to driver's side right quarter panel. I will now have to drop vehicle off and obtain a loaner so damage can be repaired. More
