I usually do not write reviews, good or bad, but the experience I had with Greg in sales, Tom the sales manager, and Vinny in Finance was too good not to write about. In the past, I worked in the auto industry for over 15 years as a mechanic at a dealership and then as a service advisor, service manager, and some time in sales at a large independent center. I have also bought new cars at various branded dealerships. I have never seen such honest and easy to deal with service that Greg and Honda of Hackettstown provided. They gave me the best price, the first time, with no pressure or haggling. I then checked that price with other dealers and it could not be beat. Finalizing the deal and doing the final paperwork was also fast and pain-free. They truly have a customer for life. More

I woke up a Chrysler guy. Then I met Greg and visited the beautiful facilities at Honda of Hackettstown. In less than 2 hours I was driving off in my new Honda Odyssey.
