Purchasing our new HRV from Greg and Hackettstown Honda was extremely pleasant and easy. He helped us get a lot of the paperwork done in advance so the tedious process of purchasing a car was easy and we w was extremely pleasant and easy. I was searching online for a lower mileage 2019 Honda CR-V and that brought me to Honda of Hackettstown. from PA. After buying the it the person who was going to drive me back to pick it up had a medical CR-V and that brought me to Honda of Hackettstown. from PA. After buying the it the person who was going to drive me back to pick it up had a medical emergency and was hospitalized/. Another friend then tested positive for Covid before I could even ask her. Greg offered to deliver the car to my home and did. Excellent service and I have a car that if all goes well I will enjoy for at least 10 years. More

My personal overall experience with H of H was amazing from start to finish. It was flawlessly executed by all, and the price negotiated was the price I paid. There were no games played and it was quick from start to finish. It was flawlessly executed by all, and the price negotiated was the price I paid. There were no games played and it was quick and painless. Greg was SO kind - even checking in with me to see that I arrived back home safe and sound. I would and will definitely be recommending Honda of Hackettstown and Greg going forward. PS: Is it normal to be sad/missing my old Honda (2019) even though I have a spanking brand new one?? Take good care of Ollie (2019) and I'm hoping she is loved just as much by her new owners. I loved that car and will probably miss this new one just as much 3 years from now . . . great cars . . . . see you soon Honda of Hackettstown!! More

Everyone at Honda Hackettstown are wonderful people, if you need a car this is the place to come to. They also have a great area for you to relax and have coffee and snacks, and unlike other places where you wait all day, here at Honda Hackettstown, they took care of everything in very short time, my family and I were so impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness. Kai-Sun Gaines who helped us with financing was so helpful and friendly, thank you for making it so easy for us to purchase our car, you are amazing! Thank God, we came here, they really great.
