My first and only car before this was a hand-me-down, so this was my first purchase at a dealership. The nerves I had entering were soon gone thanks to the friendly and helpful Greg Sanger. As a new buyer h this was my first purchase at a dealership. The nerves I had entering were soon gone thanks to the friendly and helpful Greg Sanger. As a new buyer he made the process of buying a car very easy, but most importantly he was patient. Whether it was the time spent on the phone with insurance, which felt like forever, or when my bank took its time to finalize the loan. After the check was cashed and the deal done these qualities have not changed. From my experience, Greg is a salesman that always puts the customer first. 10/10 More

Greg was really helpful and is a fantastic salesman. I really appreciated that he was friendly and personable. What really impressed me was that he didn't use high pressure sales tactics. He was very efficient - and had the paperwork ready for us to sign when we came in to buy the car we chose. I am also very appreciative and thankful for his follow-up. I like that he provided his personal contact information should I have any issues after the sale. Now that is customer service! This is the second car I have purchased at Honda of Hackettstown and felt comfortable that I would be given a fair price. They also have an exceptional service department which also factored into my decision because I want to know that my car will be taken care of. More

I walked in with a bleak expectation given the industry situation and almost cancelled my visit. I have to say Greg handed me a few options, helped me navigate around them and eventually land on a better t situation and almost cancelled my visit.
