Gregg was great at responding to my internet quote request for a new vehicle. I had received a lower price quote from another dealership, but when we went at Regal Kia, he went to his management and m request for a new vehicle. I contacted Stevie Arant via e-mail - she at once got back in touch with me. I had limited time and Stevie was excellent, v efficient, friendly and straight forward. She arranged for me to meet with Greg on Friday - he was great, very friendly and helpful. As a trade was involved i needed to bring my car in - I took my car in for appraisal on Monday. Greg was not in - but immediately I was welcomed by Jennifer Dennis. She was very friendly and very welcoming. She took great interest in my purchases, understood my budget and tried to fulfill all my preferences with regards to the features of the vehicle. She was straight forward, and honest. She spend time answering my many questions, and explained the process to me. She was fantastic. I also met with the Sales Mgr who was nice and helped. All in all my experience with the Regal Lakeland dealership was wonderful and without hesitation I would buy a another vehicle there, and definitely will take my car for service there. When we arrived at Regal, Greg Schmidt attended to our every need and question with a good and truthful attitude and answer. He was never pretentious, condescending, or trying to be slick. we had a great experience with Regal overall and would not hesitate to go back to them or to recommend Regal to anyone we know who is looking for a car.
