Even for an oil change, they're not more expensive than any other service place, but they will wash and vacuum my vehicle for the same price. If there's a recall on something, they will take care of it as well at the same time, since they have my full vehicle history on file. I did the best possible deal and experience when I bought my Sportage two years ago from Gregg Schmidt, and I've never had such good experience with any other dealer's service dept for all the vehicles I've owned so far, and that's many since I'm 56 years old. I was looking for a new car and my Grandson mentioned that he loved the KIA Optima so I checked them out and fell in love with everything about them. I contacted another dealer first and they responded f that he loved the KIA Optima so I checked them out and fell in love with everything about them. I contacted another dealer first and they responded four days late.. by then I had contacted Regal Kia of Lakeland via internet. Heather answered me right away and then Greg Schmidt. Heather made me feel so comfortable and Greg contacted me for an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the next day, Greg greeted me and made me feel very comfortable about choosing the car that I wanted and not one that I was pushed into buying. He gave me plenty of time to look everything over and when I found the exact one I wanted (which had some upgrades)... we worked out a price with no pressure!! I have never felt so comfortable buying a car! He went over all the features and was excited as I was!! I am so Happy with my New 2013 Kia Optima!! The experience (thanks to my salesman Greg Schmidt) was the best experience buying a car that I ever had!! If anyone out there is looking for a new or used car... go and see him.
