Apple Chevrolet responded

This is not accurate. Our GM Rep was here at the time Bob took delivery. After a full presentation of the Blazer. We offered to set up a designated time to have a specialist go over any further questions. Bob declined because his son and son in law were here and fully understood the options and would explain any further questions to Bob.
