I brought my truck in for a fuel issue and worked with Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up m Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up my truck the ABS light was on, which it wasn't before so we ended up leaving it there. The mechanics had already gone home for the night so it wouldn't be worked on until the next morning. We got a call about an hour later saying it was fixed because one of the mechanics came in, so we went to pick it up and the next morning it didn't start; same issue we brought it in for. So North Country sent a tow truck and had a loaner waiting for me. Tim was just as upset as my Husband and I were about the whole ordeal. It wasn't his fault, but he was still upset FOR us which in my eyes shows the compassion he has for outstanding customer service, a rarity these days! We got a call half way through the day to pick up the truck again. My Husband picked up my truck and the guy he dealt with was rude to put it nicely. Tim had already left for the day, so he wasn't able to check him in/out. This is the only "issue" I've ever had at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids. From the purchase of my truck from Greg Veum in 2004 to present day, only one bad experience, that's pretty darn good! People have "off" days sometimes, we just happened to fall victim of that this time. I'm still shocked that the mechanic didn't notice the ABS light on or that the sensor/wires were damaged during the removal/replacement of the gas tank. Tim took very good care of us though and made sure this issue was addressed on all levels. I highly suggest North Country Ford, and when it comes time to get a new vehicle/service, this is my place. I wish the service prices were a bit more reasonable, but they are a dealership, so that's to be expected. Thanks Tim and Greg for the outstanding service! More
