This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. I have recommended it to family members who have bought cars from them. Staff is wonderfully helpful, not oushy or condescending. The finance team did everything they could to get me in a car with the payment I wanted and could affoerd. The guys were very friendly, warm and welcoming. They made the whole process very easy for me. I came in to look and after meeting Greg was given keys and told to take my time and drive the vehicle to get a good feel for it. After driving I bought it. As the employees state we are family, not like family, but family. Dana Walters in your parts department referred us. Way to go Dana! I truly felt that the employees heart felt cared. It was later on a Friday, and thought we [my wife Janis and I] would just look around. Scott asked us what we were looking for, we told him what we thought we wanted. Scott proceeded to show us that vehicle. He explained that they had recently took in a very clean Ford Escape. We filled out the applications for credit and that is when Roger Nelson [ROG] entered the sales process. What a caring team you got there! It was late and were told to finish up the process and to look at the vehicle we would need to come back on Saturday morning. We came back to the dealership after being called to let us know the vehicle we were interested in was available to be inspected. We test drove the vehicle, my wife LOVED it! At this point Greg Veum entered the process, to me and my wife it was nice to have Greg there to answer any questions as the dealership was very busy. They offered us a lunch that was actually prepared for there employees, what a nice gesture. Scott met with us again to print out a car facts report and directed us to Roger to finish up the paper work. We felt Roger took what we could afford with a payment and got it as close as he could, really went the extra mile. There was no high pressure sales effort. We test drove two trucks and explained to Greg what we were looking for. He determined that they didn't have one in stock at the dealership but that he would find two trucks and explained to Greg what we were looking for. He determined that they didn't have one in stock at the dealership but that he would find one that met our needs. He did. He emailed the information about the truck to me and it was delivered to North Country the next day. We actually bought two vehicles at almost the same time. A 2013 Fusion and a 2012 F-150. Tom in the financing department helped us through the paper work and expained a lot of the rebates and offers as we worked through the loans. Thanks a lot for a great experience. More

I bought an Edge new a year ago and had a great buying experience with Greg Veum. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the experience with Greg Veum. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the options, down to the size tires I wanted. Absolutely no pressure, no nagging phone calls, like I have experienced other places, a very positive aspect! I love my Edge and everything about it! I have had a few problems with the voice activated navigation/sync system, but the awesome Service Department (Ken, most of the time) will me in and taken care of each time. They listen, they care and it shows! I would highly recommend North Country Ford for great service and staff all the way around!! Tammy More
