My Sales Rep, Greg, was energetic, had a pleasant demeanor, smile on his face, and proved an excellent sales experience. Internet Sales (Stephanie) was polite, responsive and answered all my questions (several texts, emails, phone calls) before arriving to dealership. Other brands and locations did not provide this level of service…leading me to choose Greenway KIA. Once I arrived, I met at the front desk and was introduced by her to Greg (my Sales Rep). Dealership and bathrooms were clean and presentable. Temperature was comfortable and staff wore branded shirts making them all easily identifiable. 4 Star given in view of Service waiting area, which is viewable from the showroom floor. This area needs a refresh, furniture is worn, needs more electrical plug access and a work station. More
