I found exactly what I was looking for in a used Toyota Tundra and called Frankfort Toyota to be sure it was still for sale. It was. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who then paged Tundra and called Frankfort Toyota to be sure it was still for sale. It was. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who then paged Greg Woods. Like the receptionist, Greg greeted me warmly and was friendly. At no time was he pushy or overbearing, rather, he was well informed about the truck and easily answered my questions. When I indicated my interest in buying the truck, Greg efficiently filled out the paperwork and even helped my disabled wife get to the restroom while I was forced to listen to the financial guy try to sell me a bunch of supplemental insurance that I didn't want. To say Greg went above and beyond would be an understatement. Overall, my experience with Greg Woods was 5-star! My experience with Frankfort Toyota would've been 5-star if I had been able to skip the supplemental insurance package pitch - which I did indicate I had no interest in when I first sat down with the financial guy. I "get" why it's done the way it is. I just wish I could've signed a waiver instead. More
